Established in 2002 as a sole trader, I have developed a number of properties ranging from barn conversions to new build apartments. I have also project managed a number of bespoke new builds and conversions for high profile clients. Since then Capewell Construction & development has grown and grown. Simon and Capewell construction were recommended to me by my neighbours following the build of there new house. Simon and his team have converted an old farm cottage for me and I must say the work is to an exceptional standard, from start to finish Simon’s input and advice has proved to be very professional and the finished product speaks for itself. Simon responded to my inquiry and nothing was too much trouble, he arranged for the work to be done as promised. The job was well done at a reasonable price. I will contact him again if required.
I required internal partitions and renovation I posted the job via rated people, Simon replied immediately and came the next day to price the job. The work was completed within two weeks at the price quoted as he had promised. The work was done well and all members of the team were pleasant and helpful

I was very happy with the plastering work that had been completed in my cellar kitchen and the rendering on the outside of the house. All was completed to a high standard. I would certainly use Capewell construction again and have already recommended him to others.
